Foster Application

I have read through and completed the application honestly and to the best of my ability. I understand that a Vet Check, Phone Interview, and Home Inspection will all be completed prior to being approved. I understand that I do not get to choose my fosters, but do get a say in age ranges that I am comfortable with. I understand that crate and potty training are required while a foster dog is in my care. I understand that I am involved in the adoption process with meet and greets that are done at my home and home inpections for potential adoptors. I understand that all communication with potential adopters is coordinated through the Matchmaker and/or my group text with a Matchmaker. I understand that if I need a placement permanently moved I will give Path of Hope Rescue 48 business hours to move my foster dog.
